Urban was set up by two individuals with a passion for great design and an eye for detail, with working hands in the construction industry for the past twelve years. Urban was created to help amalgamate the founder’s personal interests in property development, architecture and interior design, whilst offering a high level of knowledge, experience and skill set to turn your dreams into a reality. Whilst operating on a small scale in the heart of Kelham Island (Sheffield) we prioritize meeting our client’s exacting needs by working closely with you throughout concept to completion.

Kitchens
Kitchens are the heart of the home, for both family and friends. At Urban, we can transform a space formerly used for cooking alone and renovate it into a space perfect for hosting social gatherings, allowing you to get the most out of the room. We typically design and manufacture high-end, contemporary German and Italian-style kitchens along with the finest bespoke handcrafted and individually painted traditional timber kitchens.

At Urban, we are keen to return to more traditional methods of interior joinery and installation whilst keeping modern design and techniques at the heart of our manufacturing processes. Whether this be traditional style oak panelling, a contemporary glass feature wall or even a mixture of both, our tailored design service is made to suit all homes and budgets.
